At Quirky Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders: For approved cancellations, the refund will be processed immediately, but it may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Returns
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund for you.
- Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged. We strive to accurately describe each product, including clear images and specifications. If you have any concerns before purchasing, please contact us for more details.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@quirkygifts.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item, indicating the reason for your return request. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged product (if applicable).
- Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you further instructions on how to return the item (if applicable).
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Refund Processing: Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for your refund to be posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Non-Refundable Items

- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Sale" at the time of purchase
